Refund Policy

Our Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Vianna does not offer cash refunds on any purchases. All sales are final once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

We understand this may feel strict, and we want you to know it comes from a place of care — every Vianna piece is made locally and inspected before it leaves our hands. If something isn't right, we will always work to make it right.

When We Will Make It Right

While we don't offer refunds, we are fully committed to resolving the following situations at no cost to you:

Your item arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong item
Your order is missing a piece

In any of these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via Instagram DM @vianna.eg with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or offer an exchange immediately — no arguments, no hassle.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different design, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order provided the item is:

Unused and unwashed
In its original condition
Returned in appropriate packaging to avoid damage in transit
