All Vianna products are locally made in Egypt. We take great care in the quality of every item, however please note that:

Orders
By placing an order you confirm that:

Vianna reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases you will be notified promptly.

All Vianna designs, graphics, product names, brand identity, and content — including on our website and Instagram — are the intellectual property of Vianna. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Vianna's liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Privacy
We collect only the personal information necessary to process and deliver your order (name, address, phone number). We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to any third party outside of our delivery courier. Your information is used solely for order fulfillment purposes.
