Orders

All orders are placed through our website or via Instagram DM @vianna.eg. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a message with your order details.

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before confirming — we want your Vianna pieces to find you without any trouble.

Payment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), InstaPay & Vodafone Cash.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across all Egyptian governorates. Delivery typically takes 5 - 10 business days within all governorates. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be confirmed before your order is dispatched.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it. Please DM us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
